MedLaw welcomes active, practicing healthcare providers who are willing to serve as testifying experts in their area of expertise. MedLaw desires experts who will testify for the plaintiff or defense, depending on which side is meritorious. Testifying experts review medical records, work with attorneys, and state their opinion under oath at deposition and/or trial, if needed.
